Typographical Errors
In the event a Reef Republica product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in the pricing information received from our suppliers, Reef Republica shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Reef Republica shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Reef Republica shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
Terms and Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the website and/or completing the registration, shopping process, or utilizing any of our provided services. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Reef Republica without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Impersonations of others, including a Reef Republica or other licensed employee, host, or representative as well as other member or visitor on the website is prohibited. Liability Disclamiers
Livestock
All Reef Republica livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. If for any reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email with detailed pictures of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. If a responsible person is not present on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. We do not require a signature for deliveries. If in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.

Shipping delays that result in livestock loss will not be covered under the Reef Republica DOA Guarantee. Shipping costs are not included in this guarantee.
Shipping
Packaging
We take great care ensuring that all livestock is superiorly packed in heat-sealed polybags or water-tight containers, depending on the item. Additionally, we include a piece of Poly Filter Media in each bag ensuring more sustaining water quality for transit and in case of carrier delays. Livestock will be delicately packaged in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs for supreme insulation. Macroalgeas and plants will be shipped in heat-sealed polybags or water-tight containers depending on size.
Carriers
Livestock is shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air.
Macroalgae are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking
The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number. Weekday UPS Next Day Air arrives at your doorstep the next day by 10:30 am or 12:00 pm (or by the end of the day for some rural areas). Saturday UPS Next Day Air arrives by 12:00 pm or 1:30 pm (with an additional fee). A responsible person must be available at the time of delivery, to prevent livestock from being exposed to undesirable temperature variations or inclement weather conditions. If no one is available for the first delivery attempt, the DOA Guarantee is Void.
Delivery Signature
We do not require a signature for delivery at this time.

Carrier Delays
Loss of livestock due to shipping delays or lost packages will not be covered under our DOA Policy and shipping costs are non-refundable.
eBay
We will combine orders made from our eBay auctions and website.

Holding Orders
On request, we will hold paid orders to ship on specific days. The maximum holding period is 7 days from the purchase date.

Local Pick Up
At this time we do not offer local pick up.
​
Contiguous United States
​We do not ship livestock outside of the continental U.S. This includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.

No Exceptions to this policy.
Returns and Exchanges
All orders are cancellable until the day of shipping. Any cancellation of orders will incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued in the form of an in-store credit. All plant and animal sales are final once the order is shipped. No refunds of shipping costs. No returns or exchanges for livestock. Do not return any plant or animal to Reef Republica without our express written request. See our DOA Guarantee / Policy for claim procedures and conditions of compensation.​
