Packaging
We are meticulous about the packaging of our livestock! Each specimen is carefully packed in polybags or water-tight containers, depending on its specific requirements. To maintain optimal water quality during transit, we include a piece of Poly Filter Media in every bag in the event of any carrier delays. Additionally, we use 100% oxygen to fill the poly bags for shipping, ensuring the best possible conditions for our livestock.
For further protection, all livestock is delicately packaged in insulated boxes, supplemented with heat or cold packs as needed to provide superior insulation.
Depending on their size, Macroalgae and plants will be shipped in heat-sealed polybags or water-tight containers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Livestock is shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air.
Macro Algae is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Dry Goods are shipped USPS 1st Class
Frozen Food is shipped UPS Overnight
Live Foods are shipped UPS 3 Day.

Shipping Schedule
We ship Mondays through Thursdays and Fridays (for Saturday deliveries only, extra cost).

Tracking
The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number. Weekday UPS Next Day Air arrives at your doorstep the next day by 10:30 am or 12:00 pm (or by the end of the day for some rural areas). Saturday UPS Next Day Air arrives by 12:00 pm or 1:30 pm (with an additional fee). A responsible person must be available at the time of delivery To prevent livestock from being exposed to undesirable temperature variations or inclement weather conditions. If no one is available for the first delivery attempt, the DOA Guarantee is Void.

Delivery Signature
We do not require a signature for delivery at this time.

Carrier Delays
Loss of livestock due to shipping delays or lost packages will not be covered under our DOA Policy and shipping costs are non-refundable.
eBay
We will combine orders made from our eBay auctions and website.

Holding Orders
On request, we will hold paid orders to ship on specific days. The maximum holding period is 7 days from the purchase date.

Local Pick Up
We offer local pick-up, Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be required for pickup. Hours of pick-up will be arranged via email, texts, or you can schedule by appointment in our Calendar.

Contiguous United States
​We do not ship livestock outside of the continental U.S. This includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Dead on Arrival
If you have an approved DOA claim, You will have to select and add the appropriate shipping module to your cart.
